I am probably in the minority here, but I always scan both the front and backs of my PC cards when adding them. It does double the work, but I like having both sides scanned. I will admit that a majority of the cards back are rather uninteresting with not much design and the same facts/stats listed over and over. It seems like when you do see a photo on the card back now days it is usually just the same photo used on the front cropped differently. There is a bit of stuff from the 90s that have decent photos on the backs with a good design that are completely different than that used on the front. More recently I like the backs of the game used cards from Panini Prime. With the large memorabilia piece on the front the backs have the larger photo and are designed nicely.
