A good Upper Deck Redemption story!

I had a redemption for 11-12 Ultimate 1997 Autos Jean Beliveau and after waiting 9 months I asked for a replacement. On the phone they asked for players/teams I'm interested in and I said the Leafs. A few Weeks later a package arrives and it contains this....

Cool card, I like it. at least it's not a white patch or a Bruins patch, I look up the BV and it's not even worth half of what the Beliveau is. So I called CS and explaned my case, the guy on the phone was great and said he'd look into it. the next day I coem home to a message from the CS rep letting me know there was an error and that the Beliveau is in and will be shipped shortly. This arrived this week.....

I asked if they wanted the Kessel back and they said nope, it was mine for the misunderstanding.

I'm happy with how it turned out since I wanted the Beliveau in the first place. Niether card is availible, ther both in the PC.
