I know, cheesy title.
Nothing really huge here, but a couple of PC pieces came in today. The first two are a start to a side collection inspired by one of the visitors to the Maritime region this season;
2009 WME Heart Auto x/10 - J.R. Fitzpatrick
2009 WME Diamond Auto x/45 - J.R. Fitzpatrick
J.R. raced twice out here this season in a Legends division car. On his first weekend out at Scotia Speedworld outside Halifax he ended up winning in his first start and came home the next day in fifth while in October he ended up getting in a wreck coming off turn four racing for the win at the CENTRE For Speed outside Moncton. He is a nice, down to earth guy who just wants to get in a race car with four wheels on it and win. Hopefully he can get a full time ride down South, he definitely deserves it.
I picked up these two off the 'bay. I overpaid a smidge on the Heart auto as it was the first that surfaced and figuring I wouldn't see one for a bit I snatched it up. Lo and behold, the others showed up soon after but I'm glad I got one (it's also the number of the TRG Truck he raced in Daytona, 7/10).
With the two pickups, the funds fell short when the Spade 1/1 and the Black Plate 1/1 showed up, but hopefully down the road they may resurface.
and now, one of the reasons why the Wheels product was rebranded as "Main Event."
2009 WME Clubs Auto Redemption - Chris "Jesus" Ferguson
I am a big poker fan and though Jesus isn't one of my favorites I couldn't pass the offer up when this came to me. It will be going into Press Pass tomorrow along with a couple more redemptions I have sitting here.
and finally...
A fellow FullTiltPoker pitchman, alongside Chris..
One of the best players in the game...
who will attempt to take down his first WSOP Main Event title in a few day as apart of the November Nine...
2009 WME Diamonds Auto Redemption xx/50 - Phil Ivey
Was really stoked to see this come up. IMO, Ivey is one of the top three players in this set that Press Pass put out (Brunson and Hellmuth are right up there too) and was glad to get my hands on an Ivey auto redemption - the Diamond is just icing on the cake!
Thanks for the look!
