A Nice Old School Triple & Bowman

Hey all. Had a few minutes on a Memorial Day morning to scan a few. Thanks to all of you who have served and please keep those in your thoughts today that have paid the price for our freedom.

I ripped into a few "old" boxes this morning. I got a good deal on some 2006-07 BAP Portraits. If anyone is looking for anything from this set, Single Autos, Duals, etc, Jerseys, Base, RC... please let me know. Also, if anyone has any traders for the Base, RC and Jerseys, I would be willing to trade or buy. Trying to knock off the sets. Anyone not familiar with this product. 6 Packs a box. Each pack comes with an 8" X 10" Glossy Auto and an regular pack which has a RC Jersey, a Base and a RC. Weird set since the base set is #1-90 and the RCs are #101-130. So there are three times the number of RCs as Base... Anyway, usually you get one dual a box, but one of the boxes this one popped out. They are pretty tough pulls:

Also, for those who don't keep track of the other sports this week is Bowman Week. Box prices are off the charts, group breakers are working on zero sleep and Chromies are drooling on their keyboards. More buzz than ever because of "The Martian" Jasson Dominguez. Highest prices ever for a prospect right out of the blocks to my recollection. $1000 or more for a raw, unnumbered Base Prospect Auto. Nuts!!! I didn't rip as much as usual, but here are a few nicer pulls:

This card is not numbered, but a fairly rare Hobby Exclusive Atomic Refractor parallel that should fetch a decent price:

I didn't hit any of his Autos, but this was a pretty solid hit for the 4th or 5th best guy on the CL. Blue Refractor Auto #/150:

Dominguez prices are already climbing out of this world, fitting for the martian! haha. I am seeing those base Bowman Chrome Autos hit the mid 1000s on the ones I am watching. I hope he lives up to the hype, but he probably won't, hard when you wear the pinstripes unfortunately.

Not a bad hit on the Brennen Davis blue, though he looks like he has been hanging out with Tyrone Biggums and needs a few cheeseburgers.

I can't keep up with baseball, but I've heard of that guy. Someone at an area shop hit his auto #/50, was told it was worth $20 Grand???

As for BAP Portraits, I'm a fan!

Beautiful triple! Too bad Zherdev had to ruin it, LOL. But yeah, anything triple and up is CRAZY hard to pull, so well done! I really liked that product. Opened a box of it myself and got a Modano SP auto.

That's a crazy pull. Was it the Auto Super 1/1? If so, that card may be worth $500k!

I said the Trout Red Bowman Chrome that Goldin sold would go $700-800K, still shocked it went over $900K with buyer premium. I think the Dominguez Superfractor is probably $200-250, maybe $300K TOPPS if someone goes bananas. (Yes, I did that!)

The 2018 Ohtani didn't break $200K and he had a lot of wealthy international cats in play for the card who are rabid for him just a hair under the Ichiro level.

Wander Franco, a prospect similar to Dominguez, didn't even hit $100K on his 2019 Bowman Chrome Superfractor.

Dominguez is a Yankee so that helps a lot, but I don't see it much over $200-250K. But that's me? If he were a Met, it would be $500K no problem.
