A question for the meticulous Gretzky card collector

I'm interested in finding all the cards that have Gretzky shown in all 4 of his NHL team jerseys (Edm, LA, StL, NYR) together on one card.

From the year he went to NY (1996) to present, I've found only TWO:

1999-00 McDonald's UD Retro prize redemption 5x7 card
1999-00 UD MVP 'draw your own trading card' #W36

Is this correct? Are there really only these two?!?!

With all the tribute cards, etc, and sheer popularity he holds, there HAS to be more, no?

Any master Gretzky collector have more input on this?

I found one more card...but it's not part of a regular retail set. Sold alone as Upper Deck Authenticated item.

Called 'The Great Career', it came out in 1999 and it is limited to 9,999 (stamped on back). It's a die-cut 3.5"x5" that came with its own hard encasement

Well, I did more searching, and I think the cards I listed above are the only ones. Good to know.

There a 2 in the Gretzky Master Collection, both quad jerseys I believe, but it is All Star not St Louis.
