Very cool mail call today. Three cards only, but good ones all.

So, in the tradition of the oft-watched and now sorely missed Hockey Night in Canada, today's three stars:

Any idea where the rocket auto came from? It looks like they had to cut a pretty sweet card/postcard up.

Very nice stuff Steve. Normally I'd go with the dual patch but I think I like the Richard the best today. Thanks for showing them to us!

It does look like someone's PC gave that one up. Is it better to shred a vintage card for the auto or to issue it as a buyback? Cool card anyway.
 
I think the Richard auto is from the 8x10 Parkhurst they had him auto from a couple of years ago. The ones you could get in redemption cards along with Boom Boom and Beliveau.
 
Peter - respectfully, no way in heck. His autograph on the 8x10 is bigger than the whole CARD from Ultimate.
 
WOWIE!! I guess a 1/1 Mail Day even gets Steve to scan :).. Nice 1/1 Steve.. That Nash is super nice.. what ya looking for on that baby?

You know, you look at the Nash, and you think, Wow, that is a super sweet looking card, awesome patches :eek: Then you scan down further, and you have a Rocket Richard 1/1 Auto, and just have nothing to say :) Very nice card Steve.
 
Interesting to see who has the golden rocket now :). I thought Steve (Singer) had it when I saw it initially at the Nov 04 show in TO. Surprising that I'd ever see it again, but amazingly cool :cool:
