Broke four boxes of this year's Hot Prospects, quite happy with the outcome.
First off some loose packs, which yielded these:
HP inserts:
Hot Commodities /999: Radulov, Semin, Kopitar, Mr. Hockey, Lundqvist, Thornton, Cheechoo, Fleury, Havlat, Turco, Kessel (damaged), Niedermayer and Lecavalier.
Prized Prospects RC's /999: Weber, Johansson, Milroy, Lundqvist, Huskins, Lojek (damaged) and Carter.
Hot Materials: (Tkachuk is /100)
Red Hot /100 Parallels:
....and a "dud" case hit...White Hot /10 RC:
If his face looks familiar, you saw him in the Red Hot /100 image as well...maybe I should start collecting him
Or maybe not...
I'm trying to put together the auto patch RC set, and was pleased to only get one double out of these boxes, which was the Mitchell:
The Perron will probably need an upgrade, though.
The four boxes actually had five rookie auto patches in them, four new ones for me and three of them were goalies...and three good ones to boot:
It's a shame the Bernier and Rask patches weren't nicer, as now I'll have to look for upgrades for them as well, but they're still upper echelon /399's to pull, and will stay in my set until I find better ones.
And the first star of the breaks goes to a guy who has to go back decades to remember his rookie campaign...no Calder for him that time but he's won a Hart, Pearson, Lady Byng and Conn Smythe since then...

The patch is some kind of (fake) leather, could someone with more knowledge about Avs patches shed some light onto this?
Everything except the Perron, Rask, Hiller and Bernier rookie auto patches are for trade/sale, thanks for looking and comments are greatly appreciated!
