Superlative II by ITG was released on April 30, 2010. There were 2500 boxes ("books") issued, and I can remember opening 2 boxes at the Calgary Bossa Show in May, 2010. I was drawn to the Famous Fabrics All-Star Quad Patches, and decided to chase the silver set of 18 cards. Each card is #/9, and there is a parallel gold set #1/1. I was fortunate to acquire all 18 cards, and wanted a way to display them for viewing and sharing. At that time, making a map from a group of cards was very popular, so I bought a version of Photoshop and mucked around with it until I came up with something that I liked. Time to share it, so I created a thread and inserted my map.

I've kept hundreds of threads in my subscription list because I enjoy going back into them, not only to enjoy the comments, but to relive the experience of collecting the cards through the pictures. With the change in Photobucket's subscription program, I found myself looking to find a new home for my scans. It was a rush to download albums, and Photobucket was not always cooperative. Some days I was unable to unload a single album, and I had quite a few. So unfortunately, I lost the ability to share a lot of my scans, (like most of you I'm sure) and also lost some of the enjoyment I felt reviewing my subscribed threads since none of my pictures showed up.

Time to look forward and decide how to fix this. I'm going to use Book Creator to start creating pages from my favorite threads. I've migrated over to Flickr (as many of you have) so that's one part of the equation, but now I can save pages in my Book Creator library as well. :cheer: So here are 3 pages to cover my Superlative All-Star Quad Patches. I've decided to group the cards by the cities involved instead of just going from #1-18. There is a pattern in the series, with each of the 9 cities having 2 cards. (eg. New York has #1,10, Boston #2,11 etc. and Florida has #9,18) I've also included the location of the All-Star game and the patch that was used. I'm still doing a lot of experimenting, so I made each of the pages in a different style. The list of player names is color coordinated with the background colors in the frames. I hope you enjoy the view!

Thanks for the visits and comments everyone. I might even print out some of my sets, allows for easy access and I don’t have to dig out boxes.
