Alright what to do with this *** of a seller?

This card is mine, or at least he's using my scan. This guy's been selling a lot of high-end stuff lately and has no selling experience plus a low feedback.

Is there anything one can do against creatures like this? I mean, he's obviously about to rip off a lot of people and I want to report him to eBay.

Hmm, well theres no saying hes going to rip anyone off. I doubt he would try to pull such a big scam with all those auctions, he would have too many people out for him. Plus he has 100% FB, granted its only a rating of 50, its still respectable.

If you dont want anyone using your scans, just tag them in the lower corner with your initials or some sort of logo. This way you have proof, until then you cannot prove that the scan is yours, theres no legit way to.

The signature on the card is exactly the same as mine, plus it has the same background as mine, black. There aren't that many of those Lone Stars out there either. Either way, I don't trust this guy and I still think he should be reported before people get ripped.

hehe, ive been watching that seller, hidden bidding, only mo's..lots of high end stuff for 1day listing. its almost a gimme hes gonna rip off people, just like that other seller from way back lynnemay or something.

Definately a scam artist, look at his feedback and all the no longer a registered users and private auctions there. I dealt with a similar seller a couple of months back, they're just part of a network of fake accounts that builds up feedback with dodgy auctions. Definately report them to eBay immediately, not that eBay will do anything about it....

I don't think there's a way to know for sure if he's using your scan, next time I'd just put your name in the scan or something like that to know that it's yours.

Definately a scam! ~ agree w/Bargey here! All bogus accounts he's dealt with- it's just one "not a registered user" after another! I hate these people! MAKES ME SICK!!!

well one that was your picture so good looking out!!! And two he is no longer a registered user, but I do hope that ebay did email the buyers so they can cancel there money orders!!!
