I love it when people misspell the name and don't describe the card accurately. Nothing in the description said Refractor but i say it said that below the card #. Plus only the Refractors are #'d 1899. BV of the regular version is $25 and the Refractor is 2X which makes it $50 BV. I think its a good price for a great card.
