Amazing World of the Panini Redemption Program

This was for a EXPIRED redemption card. Their policy on expired redemptions is amazing. Maybe just because of the takeover but if every card company made an effort like these guys collecting might be a bit less annoying. Take notice it took them 7 minutes to replace the card (and was shipped the next day.)

Our policy on expired redemptions is if we still have the card in stock we will honor the redemption card. If for any reason we no longer have this card in stock then we will random pull a card from the same insert or set. We cannot guarantee a value for value exchange on an expired redemptions. Yes, I'm thinking there might be some future in Panini seeing some of my money line their coffers with a totally fair, easily communicated and swiftly carried out policy as such.... Thanks for this post regarding your experience. I had completely sworn off DLP, UD and Topps over their horse**** douchebaggery of yesteryears...
