Hello everyone,

So first off I have some cards to show you that I got in the mail over the last couple of days, all of the goalie cards below were from trades (the Cujo stuff was not from trades):

-Some additons to my "goalie" collection (some of these might be avaialble if anyone is interested, would need PC cards for them though):

In a trade with karhukissa

An interesting Tretiak card:

Now some Cujo's:

First a parallel out of 200, with this guy (ruby parallel) I have the base, ruby, sapphire and emerald parallels for this set:

Next my first card of Cujo in a Flames jersey, BAP Gold Players Club, I am still looking for the platinum version /25 if anyone has one or knows of one please let me know I will make it worth your while :) :

Up now is a Cujo auto that I have literally never seen before, it's a 98/99 BAP Gold Signature, got it in a cash deal with penguinpr:

Next a Cujo Pinnacle Mask card, I got this a little while ago but just never took the time to take a pic of it. Since I had the camera out today for whats at the end of this mailday I figured I would take a pic of this:

The "Biggest" card ever, I love this thing it's poster sized, when these cards first came out I was like 10 years old and could not afford one of these, they sold for aroud $30 ish bucks if I remember correctly, anyways I love this thing, it only took me like 10 years to land one:

okay now for the best part of this mailday (and real reason for this post)...this puppy just arrived today right from Meigray

This jersey was used by Cujo during the regular season and in the playoffs. He wore this jersey in his "come back" game 3 vs. the Sharks .

My first GU jersey and I LOVE it. I think it's better than any card. I thought my GU pads were cool, but this jersey is intense. It even has a shield on it so I could custom my own shield card ... haha . You can't really tell from the pics but the jersey has a lot of puck marks on the from of it, there is one really good mark where the jersey is actually torn a little near the top right of the flaming C . Anyways hope you enjoyed my post, I am very very excited about this jersey .... now just need to figure out how to display it (for now it's staying in the box it came from, I don't want my cats hair all over it).

Thanks for the look, comments welcome and appreciated.

Cheers
Connie

The Meigray is pretty solid. Looks sharp. My Sundin and McCabe meigray's are pretty cool... great sale, eh?

Connie ... congrats on the pickups. Awesome jersey !!!

I don't remember the name of the store, but there's a place on Old Banff Coach Road that does a great job with display cases for jerseys.

landism - Yeah the sale is great. This is my first experience with MeiGray but overall I was very pleased. Thanks for the look.

bto3105 - thanks very much for the comments

sundstrom - I really like the big mask card too. Not sure where to put it though, it's to big, I guess I need some kind of frame for it.

MrOctober5 - actually the damage was not that bad, I got it on sale which helped a little. I also paid more for my Cujo game used pads than I did for the jersey. All things considered though the jersey was about 3 tins of The Cup.

northendhockeyn - Thanks alot for the comments. I will check around to see where that store you speak of is. I live really close to Old Banff Coach Road so I will have a look.

brisco10 - Thanks very much

TurcoCollector3 - Thanks...I think you should get a Turco jersey. Jersey's are so much better than cards . I mean don't get me wrong I love cards too but seriously I feel satisfied spending my money on something that is the "real deal"

Thanks again everyone
Cheers

I agree I love game worn jersey's. At the moment I have 9 in my collection, 1 Maxime Ouellet jersey and 8 Rejean Beauchemin jersey's. I have 2 on hold with Meigray til Monday. One of which is a Turco from 06-07 :D

Oh cool. I was told by a couple people that Game Worn jerseys are addicting. Looks like that is the case hehe. I was looking at the other Turcos they have on Meigray they are actually priced decently. I don't "collect" Turco but I think he is a great goalie. Very fun to watch and an awsome stick handler ... the best stick handler in the game right now IMO.

Cheers

domhas - thanks for the comment. Go and get yourself a GU jersey hehe, with the Meigray summer sale I am sure you can find something at a good price.

thepunkphase - thanks for the comment, glad you like Cujo too :) (I liked Richter when he played ... always a fan of smaller goalies)
