Another assignment for the autograph detectives

Hi all! I have a couple of sticks whose player's I can't identify.

The top stick is from Picard, but I don't know which one! The bottom one is on a RBK 7V Sickick, but the name bar is faded to the point where it's illegible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

*EDIT* Oh, I almost forgot! Does anyone know what company the hologram is from? I'm coming up blank, my Google-fu is weak...

The top one is Alex R Picard from the Halifax Mooseheads/Flyers/Sens etc He wore #45 with the Sens.
