Another Bad eBay Seller

I recently won this auction:

Well the card shows up in a white envelope creased in half. I send the guy an email asking for a refund and here is his reply:

THE CARD WAS SECURELY WRAPPED WITH A HEAVY PAPER AND IN A TOP LOAD THAT WHY I ALWAYS PAY FOR INSURANCE WHEN I BUY CARDS. IF YOU SEE IT IN THE SCAN THERE IS NO CREASE IN THE CARD.YOU CAN SEND IT TO UPPER DECK FOR REPLACEMENT

I'd love to drop the Neg bomb on him, but of course he didn't leave me feedback when he received payment so I am pretty sure he would do the same. I asked him to please put me on his blocked bidder list to avoid me making the mistake of bidding on any of his auctions in the future.... Mike

Meh. I'd leave him the neg anyway, Mike, and put a response when he negs you to offer sharing the email you got back after he sent you a card in a white envelope when he charged $4 to ship.

why is it that any time a seller does not send the stuff or knows they are messing with the buyer they never leave feedback first...hm the seller knows what he was doing...my solution is to make up a different ebay name and get even with him that way...i know i didnt just type that out...

Looking at his mini-rant in the shipping details section, I would have avoided him anyway. You can tell just by the way he's whining that he would be unreasonable to deal with in the event of something like this.....

You paid for secure shipping. Ask this ******* what to say to UD what they ask how the card got bend in half from a ultimate box.
