Hey everyone, and as always thanks for checking out my post, though I don’t get up her nearly .. not even close to what I’d like to... But have continued to add to the collection... I thought this was neat unique and definitely holds a story... the night before the “stadium Series” Flyers vs. Pens, where we see Schultz walk onto the ice wearing a Flyers jersey with other Alumni... there was another game held with most of these guys in attendance.... at the “Class of 1923 Arena” it was a fund raiser for upgrades to arena as far as I can find out.... the game was for the Ed Snider Foundation the Alumni played the youth team.... I see an Schultz jersey for sale ... claiming to be an Alumni jersey... it’s not black, no Alumni emblem... since Schultz hadn’t played in Alumni/old timer games for quite a few years... I figured “click bait” and it’s just another jersey which I have quite a few now... a week or so later, I see it’s still listed.. well let’s at least have I look, I think...., I’m glad I did, it in fact was a “Philly Express” jersey which does make the Alumni jerseys, it had “Alumni” and “Ed Snider” patches... everything sewn, so I do a search ... find out that this was from that game ... and Schultz was absolutely there.... the seller said he was a member of the Ed Snider Foundation and bought it at an auction after the game... I asked if Schultz had worn the jersey... (on ice introduction, photo ops..) he said it was worn but had no photos of it.... so if anyone attended the game... has or knows someone that has a picture of him wearing it...
