Anti Expo In October/Montreal

Hi all,

Anyone think this show will happen? They have 3 autograph guest lined up already as well. Quebec's covid cases seem to be going down:

Nope. For the same reason that Toronto Expo won't happen: pandemic's still on, Quebec and Ontario will likely be hotspots of spread once again, and the border is likely to still be selectively permeable.

Given that Quebec has already demonstrated that they are willing to open things up faster than Ontario I wouldn't rule this one out just yet. I even heard that they may even have their monthly Montreal show back at the end of this month.

Our COVID cases may be going down right now, but October is still months away, so the situation could change in Montreal or elsewhere Quebec or in Canada and force a cancellation. Furthermore, card shows being what they are, with people standing near each other and touching everything, I wouldn't expect the show to go on even if other venues or events were to be open.
