Any sites with first appearances?

I'm not talking about a list, as those are all over the place. I'm talking about a site with scans of the actual appearance.

I tried posting a thread over on CGC's boards. It quickly got moved back to page 3 (so far) while other topics like "Anyone still awake?" is up to it's 482nd page.

Frustrating...

Well, if a site like this doesn't exist, maybe I can start one. Hmm, the gears are turning now. Of course, I don't have many 1st-app books that people would be interested in, anyway.
