Any Thoughts on Guardians of the Galaxy??

Let's open up some discussion on the Guardians of the Galaxy. I have a growing interest in some of the lesser teamup events in comics lately. The Defenders, Guardians (movie upcoming).

On a personal note, I don't like the Raccoon although I must admit I have yet to read the latest comics with this group appearing. Maybe after I subject myself to it's existence (afraid to) I will appreciate the character a little more. And Drax the Destroyer looks to me like a subject Sony used when creating God of War.......

Yeah, except that the characters massively predate GoW....

I picked up the 0.1 offering. I'm sufficiently intrigued that I'll give it a shot. And hell, it's Bendis - I'll give just about anything he writes a shot.
