Anybody heard from Shappy lately?

Bought a bunch of cards from him on November 10th and they haven't arrived yet ... heard from him about 10 days ago and he said they had been shipped 2 days after the sale ... hasn't responded to my latest inquiry a couple days ago. Everything was fine with the one deal we made a few months ago, and I know he can't control the mail, but right now I'm out $15 and haven't gotten anything ... would hate to do it, but that Paypal chargeback cutoff date (30 days I believe) is coming up fast...

Anybody heard from him ... or if you read this Scott, please get in touch...thanks.

Not sure what it takes to get ahold of you, but since Saturday I've sent you two email, two PM's, plus a post on Beckett and a post here...

I think I deserve at least a response with your intentions... I took you at your word and waited until last Saturday (which was one day past the last day to claim a paypal chargeback - not sure if that was intentional on your part or not) and now I see posts from you here and on Beckett and I'm just being ignored.

I too paid Shappy for a bunch of cards back on November 30, and tomorrow marks two months with no cards. I'm out $30.00. I didn't apply for a paypal charge back because he responded promptly to my inquiries. I haven't pushed it til now because he assured me that the cards were mailed and I guess crap happens. Well one person could be an accident, but two victims sounds like a pattern.

As for anyone else, I would suggest avoiding this guy.

I had a bad experience with shappy last winter.

We agreed on a trade. He told me he got my cards. One month later, I told him I didn't got anything. Told me he forgot to ship, and he would do it in the next days. It makes nearly one year from this, and never saw cards yet.

At least, there was nothing high-end, around 20 bucks of commons and inserts on each side. But, still, I would be farther on my sets if I got the cards.
