Hi.
I reedemed this card via online over a year ago ;(.
Anyone know anything about it?
Or does any have a good e-mail adress to upperdeck that actually they respond on?
Any help appreciated.

I've been waiting on the Afinogenov patch from the same set for over a year, 2 weeks ago I sent off a...well...not so nice email to the customer service email, I was emailed back saying a replacement card would be here with 6-8 weeks.

sortguld, if you get a reply from UD, plmk what they are saying.

i sent them a couple of emails (not sure which adress) a few month ago about damaged cards and never received a reply.

Hope it works out for you Dave. When I did the same, I was promised that it was going out the next week. 8 weeks later I sent a rude e-mail asking for an update, they then said 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks later I sent ANOTHER e-mail worded very politely and got no response (3 weeks ago).

In case any of you has missed the reality of late, Upper Deck doesn't care. No hidden agenda, they simple don't care. I, like so many have refused to buy any UD wax boxes.
 
I gave up on the auto/patch and got a Legwand auto/patch as a replacemnet. Like said above they don't really care how long you wait, I also gave up on UD and stopped buying there wax.
