Anyone else excited about 'The Gauntlet'?

Hey folks,

I've been getting into Spiderman again since 'One More Day'. I know lots of SM fans found it crazy/stupid/preposterous that they were essentially 'rebooting' the series but the first thing I thought of since that storyline was: "Are they going to change up the villains?'. And thank god. I'm particularly amped up about Electro's revamp (no pun intended) - he's easily my favorite Spidey villain of all time, even though there are so many that are deeper in character development. I imagine that Joe is anticipating the Rhino revamp as well - apparently they're going to make him smarter and less silly, haha.

So long story short ... anyone else hyped? Just saw this article on a few Quinones variants too:

There isn't anything wrong with the old characters or Spidey. The problem has been the writing and the story lines. If they had good writers and well planned out story lines then Spidey would return to be the best as it was for many years. The entire past 10 years have been brutal with the past 5 being the worst. Instead of more stupid revamps they need to get back to basics and write spidey they way he should be. When will these people realize that the fans don't want revamps just good solid artwork and writing.

I haven't been able to delve into many comics over the last several months, but I'll get a few if Rhino is back in the game!
