I've never really quit but I have hit the reset button a few times.
I collected everything from 1988-2001, then sold everything and bought Jason Spezza stuff, sold everything and got into baseball (while dabbling in everything else), then sold everything NOT baseball related and haven't looked back.
I love that I'm priced out of boxes now so I don't waste money on those and can focus strictly on singles.
