Anyone ever not had a bid register?

Pretty choked, I entered a bid with 30 seconds to go and it would not register and lost the card for pretty cheap. I was logged in too!

I had it happen once. Found out later the seller blocked me as a bidder. Seems he didn't appreciate my feedback from a couple years earlier when I commented that he shipped in PWE's.

Have you had a run-in with the seller in the past?

No I was not blocked as far as I know, never had any problems on Ebay. I am thinking it may have been a internet lag and I just missed out.

It's happened to me where the countdown timer was off because I had closed my laptop screen and opened it back up and I ended up placing a bid when it was actually over.

That seller is one of the best I've ever dealt with and I very much doubt he would have blocked you or anything. Must be a case of a computer malfunction.

As I told my wife last night, we, as a society are leaning on technology way too much. As a web developer, and overall computer "nerd" (took programming in post-secondary), nothing is ever 100% accurate with a computer. You will always run into the smallest of problems with anything electronic...too bad you lost out, but if good karma serves you right, you might get the card cheaper next time.
