Anyone ever received this eBay Stun Gun warning?

Yesterday I won a couple of cards from a seller on eBay at auction. There were several cards in his store I decided to add to my order. This morning I went to hit the BIN on first of many cards I wanted to buy. eBay does not allow me to buy the card, and I receive this warning:

Any ideas on how to get around this? I think I'll send a message to the seller and see if he knows what is causing this message.

Got this message this morning as well and couldn't bid on an item. Must be a gliche, they should have it fixed soon.
