Anyone Have Any Luck Redeeming Crown Royale

I have two redemption cards that I am quite anxious to redeem but when I try to redeem them I get " oops the redemption code you entered does not exist.





I've heard that sometimes you can't redeem the first day but this has been out since Wed. I tried to call but automated message said " we are currently upgrading our system, leave a message and we will get back to you "
 
Just sell them and let other people deal with the assle.

Entered 4 redemption codes since 10/11 certified, all are magicly erased and i never received sqat.
 
Give it some time. I tried redeeming a couple Collision Course autos when Certified first came out and i called and the lady told me their IT guys were still in the processes of putting all the redemption codes online. Later that day I redeemed it and worked. (this was 2-3 days after initial release btw).

Just tried redeeming a Silouette rookie and no go!!!

What's the problem with these companies??
 
I had the same issues with my Panini redemptions from 3 different 10/11 products. Same message and I had to have a Panini employee manually enter them on their end. Sorry Panini, but collation issues that you said were corrected plus not even loading the redemption codes into your database prior to release = FAILURE.
 
And here I thought I was the only one having this problem. I still have two redemptions from last year that haven't been completed as well. This is getting ridiculous.
 
I really hoped Panini was going to be good for the hobby but man so far the good they've put in has not outweighed the bad. Why would the redemption codes not be loaded into their database for launch of a product. Product release was Wednesday if it was an oversight it should have been corrected Thursday.

I hear ya bud, I have a redemption that has been in their system over a year and they have already said it wouldn't be made. I have been trying to get a replacement for 3 months now, they will not respond to my voice mails or emails, and the status hasn't changed. Seriously, they know they have to replace the damn cards since they arent being made, why don't they just send people replacements? It's not like they are spending all their time responding to customers, they should have plenty of time to ship. They certainly have no problems making and sending out new wax.......
 
Just as a heads up for everyone - I just successfully redeemed a Crown Redemption (Zibanejad Silhouette) through their website, so it looks like they have been added.

Thanks for the heads up Dave, just redeemed Hopkins Ice Kings Signature and Ovechkin Silouettes Signatures, I tried earlier this morning but to no avail
