I added a handful of listings last night, and uploaded the wrong picture to one of my listings, and when I tried to revise it, and put the proper picture to match the item, I get a message that this feature is unavailable. Anyone else having a problem revising any of your ebay listings? I'm gonna call them to see what is up. I tried fixing it last night, and a few times today without any luck.

Just got off the phone with customer service  , and apparently many others have made a complaint about the same thing. I guess it isn't something that can be fixed in 24 hours? :duh:

Still can't revise any of my listings. What kind of a Mickey Mouse company are they running? I should have demanded my listing fee back, cancelled it, and relisted the damn card with the proper photo. What a joke. :curse:

I guess it just goes to show that everyone makes mistakes, even big companies like Ebay. You know that little button that says "save" once you select your photo? That's your second opportunity to avoid an incorrect upload.

Thank you for your advice. Don't know what I'd do without it. Mistakes are a lot different than 2 day site wide malfunctions, that aren't fixed in a timely fashion. Like last week for example, when nobody could access their watch lists to bid on cards one particular night. I missed out on a few things I wanted to pick up, but no biggie. I just feel sorry for all those sellers who lost out on bids, and who knows how much money, because nobody could access the auctions. I wonder if their mistake will compensate all those who lost out that night? We all know the answer to that.

Yes mistakes are different, they are human in nature. Site malfunctions can occur for a wide variety of reasons, especially on servers as complex as those required to run sites like EBAY. The fix is not always easily identified and even when it is, parts/reprogramming or both may be required. The issue may have nothing to do with "their mistake".You complain about missed opportunities, now imagine for just a moment, how much revenue is lost when EBAY suffers downtime or function failures.
