New Member, Must Send First
I had a discussion with a PayPal rep, since my account wasn't being allowed to send funds to any international (all Canadian) sellers. Even though Facebook groups, where purchases were made, I wasn't able to send funds.
I checked with my bank, because the PayPal rep said it's probably a hold on my account, by them, but shockingly
it wasn't. I was just wondering if anyone else was having these difficulties, as its greatly affected what I'm looking at purchasing, since a majority of the rarer and nicer hockey cards are from the U.S.'s northern neighbors
