Anyone know what I have? 10/11 Ice J. Morin RC /499

I noticed this on eBay and picked it up

The actual Jeremy Morin Ice Rookie Premieres from the 2010/11 set is card number #66 and numbered out /1999. The picture below is of the same card number but is numbered out of /499.

Here's the picture:

I did a search of eBay (current/completed), COMC, Sportslot, and google, and all the copies I could find were numbered out of /1999.

Anyone know if it's a promotional item or a 1/1 error or...?

Probably the same issue as they had with the Seguin, with a version out of /499 and a version out of /99 both existing.
