Being they are a part of the meigray program, I think you are pretty much stuck getting them through there. You might find ones from peoples personal collections for sale on one of the jersey forums such as www.gameworn.net.
I think classic auctions has a Derian Hatcher and Jim Johnson up for auction right now too.
