Anyone picking up NHL 15 today??

Just headed out now to find my copy, apparently the local EB Games will have Sean Monahan signing copy's this afternoon. Pretty excited to play with the new Stars roster on the XBox One. Eeeeeeeee!

From reviews, I heard they gutted all of the franchise modes and a lot of special features. I may wait until NHL 16.

This is mostly true. Ultimate Team and Be a GM are still there.

I will say though as I mostly play exclusively with my buddies when they come over, that the gameplay is very good.

I was going to pick it up for the PS4, until I heard that they completely crapped the bed for the next-gen systems. EA should be ashamed of themselves for that one.

I don't really have a beef with it, as usual I just pick the be a GM mode and play a season or two. Everything looks a lot better and the play seems more realistic. I don't mind it. Still trying to score with the Spin O Rama.
