Anyone use a Dymo 4XL Label Printer?

If so, can you please PM me? I'm having a heck of a time trying to get this to work properly with Ebay. It's skipping multiple labels and not feeding properly.

I do and had to reload software a couple of weeks ago for a similar problem

Would you mind letting me know what settings you have for the printer? I changed the paper type settings and still having problems. About to uninstall and re-install the software and maybe do a Java update.

I finally tried another browser (Chrome to IE) and that fixed most of my problems. I had to set the paper size in the printer settings as well.

I was able to come up with a way to print the international label as well which is HUGE. Thanks for the help!
