Are the 06-07 H+P Box Top Redemptions 1/1?

Like the following, werent these supposed to be 1/1, although Ive never heard one way or another

They're all 1/1s, yeah, though I don't think any of them were explicitly stamped that way (ITG did communicate via email and the website they were 1/1s though) ...and wow, I've never seen that Billy Smith picture before. He looks like a young Brian Burke.
