Are Topps and Donruss any better than UD with customer service?

Thankfully, I've never encountered a circumstance where I've needed to find that out, but for those who have, how are they? I know that In The Game (hockey only) has been almost exclusively praised... if only UD could figure out that even when there isn't much competition, good customer service makes for good customers

Never really dealt with Topps, but have dealt with Fleer (when they were in business) and Donruss. Both had good customer service. Only time I dealt with Topps was when I sent back cards for replacement and they replaced the cards in a reasonable time frame. But that was many years ago. Dunno about now.
