Just got a neutral feedback saying Shipping took Way Too Long..

give me a flipping break.. 14 days for Canada to USA Shipping is the norm...if not fast....

blah...i should stop leaving feedback when i get payment and wait till they give me a positive first..

atleast it ain't negative..

im done..

That stinks dude. 14 days is nothing between the countries, gotta hate impatient people. Biggest reason I have stopped selling on ebay, too many idiots.

The worst experiance I've had with a new ebay user regarding feedback was someone leaving me neutral feedback imediatley after he had paid for the item with the statement "Please let me know when my card will be shipped".
While I was a little peeved it was obvious that he just had no clue what he was doing.

I seemed to have noticed that a few flyers that eBay has sent me in the past few months..........that they preferred the buyer leaving feedback after the transaction was finished
It seems to work better that way for both the buyer and the seller
I'm surprised that more people don't do it that way instead of leaving feedback once you received the item!!

I actually am thinking of puttin this little excerpt at the bottom of my descriptions in all my ebay listings from now on

" I post feedback after transaction is complete and I know buyer has received the item and is satisfied 100% with my product and service."

I really don't sell too much on ebay but I have little problem if the seller withholds feedback...if he is dishonest with a large transaction I am not going to worry about a negative feedback....if I don't receive on a small item and didn't buy insurance that is my fault and probably will opt to let it go as opposed to leaving negative feedback on something the seller can't control

When I used to sell on ebay I hated dealing with idiots. I also highly recommend withholding feedback until both parties are satisfied that the transaction is completed. Otherwise the buyer holds an advantage over the seller and can unfairly affect their reputation with repricussion.

These days I'd rather just float someone a few bux and have them run my auctions for me. Speaking of which....it's 10 cent listing day tomorrow on ebay.ca. You busy, A-Lo? ;)

As much as some people hate it, the smartest thing you can do with feedback is wait until the buyer leaves you feedback first. There are way too many idiots on ebay that it isn't worth it to me anymore to leave feedback after they pay.
