Your Artifacts Rookies will be shipped. Unfortunately you will not be shipped one packages with multi rookies cards. However if you have more than one specific rookie you will be receiving one package with multiples of the same rookie cards.

Just out of curiosity, how come you guys dont ship them all in one envelope to save on the shipping?

It's the computer software, we're using. It only allows us to ship by card instead of player. On a specifc card, it allows us to sort by customer so that one person's name will come up multiple times, thus we could ship multiple cards to one address.

We have talked to the software developer to change the program, but we have to fulfill the crads as fast as we can despitet he challenges.

I'm sure progress will be made and we should be shipping by customer instead.

Please have patience on this matter. I'm sure that all of you agree that you would rather get the cards even if it comes in separate packages, then wait for our software to get revised and wait another month for these cards.

Any idea why I had 2 separate mailers for the Luongo/Jokinen Clearcut Combo redemption recently? Not that I'm complaining since they both made it to me. Just funny opening two envelopes on the same day to get the same card in two separate containers..

I couldn't said it better myself. Just joking

Perhaps one of our card packagers made both packages not really paying attention to the identical names.

Sometimes many of you have two different username and the customers are sorted by numbers. Thus when we sort the customers, you may appear twice but not next to each other. It could be that you name appears on one label sheet and is the first on the next sheet.

Could be a variety of reasons...

I should let all of you guys come up with theories....like a contest and then I would never need to conjur up excuses.. haha!!
