Just a heads up that this card was part of a trade with a great HI member, bccwolvesrule44, back in late September. Details are here:

Unfortunately, the card was never delivered because Canada Post or USPS "lost" the card. If anyone comes across the card, would someone please let me or Rob know. The card in question was serial numbered 03/99 and it looked like this:
