AWESOME Stajan mail haul!!!! With scans...

[Yanic44]

Hey everybody.
I haven't been around a whole lot the last few days...I owe a few people pm's and such. I'll get to it though...

Anyways, onto the mail call! First, the cards without pics:

Stajan Topps Pristine Regular Rookie /1199
This came from 27Leafs27. As you all know, Dan is one of the best traders here. This card is really sweet, Pristine was one of my favourite sets from last year...nice and shiny! Thanks again Dan! I decided it wasn't worth scanning it because it is too shiny and wouldn't scan well at all. BTW, Dan, I owe you a pm.

Stajan Topps Pristine Uncommon Rookie /699
This card came from Brisco10. There was a bit of a mixup with our trade (not Ken's fault though) and he sent this to me. I didn't expect a card this nice. Thanks again Ken! I didn't scan this card because, like I said the Pristine cards are too shiny.

Now, onto the cards with scans!

These all came from PaulSamborski, I should add. Paul and I have made two trades and both have been rather highend and biggies for my personal collection. Paul is a great trader, no questions asked. Thanks again Paul!

Stajan Upper Deck MVP Canadian Exclusives /25 and Upper Deck Honor Roll Deans List jersey
The Honor Roll jersey is a really nice card...I've always liked the Honor Roll product (I pulled my first jersey from a pack of HR.) The only thing I don't like about it is the fact it is a PhotoShoot jersey. Ahh well, it's still nice!
The MVP Canadian Exclusives is a special one...it completes my Stajan MVP set. I now have the regular rookie, Silver /150, Gold /25 and Canadian Exclusives /25! It's a really nice rare card aswell. Really happy to get it!

Stajan Parkhurst Rookie Rookie jersey and Parkhurst Rookie Calder jersey
These are two awesome cards. ITG really did a good job with this set...great designs. Paul was nice enough to throw the Calder jersey in aswell! These are easily two of my favourite Stajans.

Also, I should add, my Original 6 HSHS prize is waiting at the post office and I am going to get it tonight. Hope I have some mojo!

Thanks for reading, and as always, comments are very welcome!

Wes

BTW: Sorry for the long read.

Nice mail! Good luck with the HSHS.

He shoots, he scores! Not just a redemption, but your mailday as well, Wes!
Sweet RCs and stoof, amigo! That brings the count to 49?

nice stuff wes! always loved the honor role designs from 03-04 and 02-03!

[27Leafs27]

Wes, congrats on some very nice additions to your growing Stajan collection, glad to help out as you have done for me in the past.

Caskey, you have got me anxious (SP) now, can't wait until next week, this past week wasn't bad either.
Dan.

Nice additions to the Stajan collection...I'm in the minority, but the UD MVP /25 is my favorite of the bunch.

raybourque77,
Thanks man!

Wes,
I need to update my wantlist and sig, ect. We will have to wait and see exactly wait the number is. I haven't updated it for awhile, so I dunno.

staal,
Thanks! Yeah, me too...it's always been a pretty nice set IMO.

Mark,
Thanks! Yes, yes I was doing the Invincible Retail set...I don't currently have a wantlist or anything for it, but I would like to finish it. I think I've got about half a binder worth of them somewhere here. I'll let you know.
Sounds like you sent Dan a pretty sweet package aswell.

Dan,
Thanks again bud! Like others, I've been trying to refocus and really work on my Stajan collection...it's been going good so far!

Vik,
Thanks! The MVP /25 cards are quite tough to come by, I think, 'cause not a whole lot of the product was broken. I was very happy to knock it off my wantlist, that's for sure.

Thanks guys,
Wes

BTW: I got my HSHS...once I scan it and stuff I'll post a thread about it...

EDIT: I just updated my wantlist, for all interested. I currently have 50 Stajan different Stajan cards! Nice little milestone there, I guess! Also, I should add, I now own 41% of Stajan's cards! I was pretty surprised by that number, I thought it would have been closer to 25%. Now I've gotta get over the 50% mark, that'd be pretty neat. I should be able to do that easily at the next show I go to. Man, sorry for boring you all with pointless facts. But hey, I think they are rather fun.

[paulsamborski]

Glad to help out with your collection!!

Paul

[g-force]

Great additions to your collection. Really like the MVP Red /25, those were tough.

[Yanic44]

Paul,
Thanks again! I owe you man!

g-force,
Thanks a lot. The Gold /25 I was really luck to come across. The guy that pulled it I think knew nothing about Hockey (was a Baseball collector I belive) and I traded it for a Victory Rookie Redemption.

50? You lucky son of a gun! Quite a milestone for ya, Wes. Kudos!

Nothing compared to your 485 Bourques and 573 Shannys! Although, Stajan does only have about 180 cards, haha. I couldn't have done it without you though, fellow Wes.

Thanks again.

Wes

BTW: For all interested, all post my HSHS mailday Monday night...no time at the moment.

Wes:
Like I said I was being a dumb $%^&#$@ at the time. So, I could not tell from you want list if that was one you needed or not. I how you did need it and if not it is nice bait for to get another from another collector.
Sorry about my mix up

Thanks
Ken
