I know there is quite the disdain for Beckett pricing in this community, but I will ask anyways.

I recall looking in a Beckett magazine and seeing, if the swatch or patch is multi -colored, the card would be worth x1.5, x2, etc.

I'm not seeing that on their online (paid) pricing guide. Am I missing it?

No, if they have a price for a patch card (some serial numbered cards out of 25 or less are not priced) you will see the range when searching for that particular patch card. They don't list any multipliers for multi-colors.

I only looked up one set that had patches and this is what they say
*SINGLE COLOR: .25X TO .75X HI n/a n/a

I believe at one time for those that used the Beckett as a guide. The price listed was assumed to be for a single colour and then a small multiplier for multicoloured.But as time when on and people really did not want any single colour for patches so the price for these was lowered and now a couple colours is more of a standard in the collectors eye when it comes to patches. But prices will always reflect the interest in patches with many breaks and colours.People will certainly pay a lot more for something with 5-6-7 colours then they will for a couple colours. And single colours may sit for a long time before it sells.Unless of course it is a rare card that happened to get produced with just one colour. With the player I collect in 2002 his future watch patch appears to be about 10-12% single colour patches.So of the 100 produced likely 10-12 are single colours.But that is just an observation of my own collection. And there are some teams that make it very difficult to get multicoloured patches because they may only have a couple colour possible. It seems that most people that use the Beckett for trading.They will ask for a bit more for a very nice multicoloured patch.Again just my experience. Good luck.
