Bellator 85 debuts tonight on Spike TV. Bellator has stacked this card, and apparently will be kicking off the broadcast with a bang by having the Featherweight title fight between Curran and Pitbull.

Bellator last night was very good. Don't expect the UFC to match it. But it will be a fun night of flipping between hockey and the fights tomorrow.
 
Mike Guymon sustained 4 facial fractures and a broken jaw on the second shot by Savant Young after he'd already been KO'd. Announced this morning he'll be in the hospital for a while, has to go into surgery tomorrow, and bears no ill will toward Young because he'd have done the same thing if in the other position because you go until the ref stops you. Nasty injury though.
 
On the broadcast they just said that after Ronny Markes weighed in at 186lbs. for his last fight against Aaron Simpson he came in to the fight the next night at 217lbs. jeez.
 
When Nurmagomedov came out for the weigh-ins yesterday he wore a shirt that said If Sambo were easy it would be called Jiu Jitsu, pretty funny stuff.
 
If the Main Event goes more than one round it'll almost certainly be Bisping; however, if it does not make it out of the first than Vitor will have spoiled the plans of The Count and the UFC.
