I acquired a kiss card last year, and didn't realize that it was an error card at the time. I contacted Benchwarmers, and sent the card in to be replaced. It took a little longer than I expected, but they sent me more than enough s a replacement. I was told that they take care of their customers, and they certainly lived up to that.
