Best Box to break for veterans?

Hey guys, I'm looking to bust a box of basketball hoping to get some nice star autos/mem, not alot of rookies. What are the best non-rookie boxes?

that fleer retro product was loaded with verteransbut horribly overpriced or theres that 99-00 ud century legends product which if you can find may be pretty pricey but autos are simple black and white photos with on card auto! Has all the big names including some deceased guys now.

There was also a fleer all time greats product back in the late nineties or early naughts called all time greats that featured guys in college jerseys, I rememebr autos of bird and Mikan .. NO jordans in it but a ton of Hofers!
