Best format for trade lists?

I will be putting up some massive tradelists next week and wanted to get feedback on the preferred format of HI members. Do you find it easier to search by year/set, team, or individual player? Any other ideas?

That's how I'm working too. You can add the team pictured on each card, that way the team collectors can do a ctrl+f search too.
