Best / Worst NHL Jerseys Ever?

NHL only, my opinions only, nothing to do with supporting the actual teams who wore them. Lets get the worst out of the way;

3. Nashville Preds (Alt), a mustard mess.

2. Coyotes (Alt). This is what happens when 4 year olds are allowed to design jerseys.

1. And for me the worst jersey of all time, this Anaheim Mighty Ducks alternate from 95/96. WTF, as the kids say these days. :crazy:

The Isles Fisherman didn't make the list of the worst jerseys, because well, I quite liked it...

Now that horror show is out of the way, here are my favourites;

3. Detroit. This jersey is, for the most part, unchanged since day 1 of the franchise. Respect for that.

2. Toronto St Pats, oldest of the bunch and it did make a re-appearance for one game (against Buffalo?) in 91/92.

1. Chicago Blackhawks (Alt). Love this jersey! The red, white and this black jersey are iconic. My favourite by far.

The Mighty Ducks one looks like a kid pyjama!!!
I did like the Islanders fisherman too.
The Blackhawks jersey is the nicest one of them all and always will be.

I'm a fan of the mustard preds sweater, the problem with that one is that it has legwand on the back, is he still a #1 prospect? hah

I'm not a fan of the "Sens" 3rd they recently had. Agree on the coyotes, they were high on peyote when they came up with those.

I also like the mustard Preds jersey but your worst two are certainly in the conversation - along with Burger Kings and the NYI/Long John Silvers logo.

For the nicest jerseys - you really can't go wrong with any of the Original Six when it comes to class and tradition. I hate the 200 stripes the Leafs have on their socks but the unis are nice.

My personal all-time favorite is this one...

Just reminds me of my childhood team I guess - and a Churla would look mighty nice in the thumper collection you have!

the mighty ducks original jersey as I felt it mocked the league with a cartoonish disney affiliation. Well times have changed and I still hate it but just because its bugly.. no other reason.

A close second are the Coyotes original jerseys.. Not sure what that was all about.
