New ownership taking a "hands on" approach. I don't blame him for bailing. Smart money says he ends up in Calgary next season.

He was under contract through next year, so by resigning, he gives up his guaranteed money - he's either got a deal worked out already for a new team, or he has a lot of confidence in his ability to win one of those jobs.

(I had to google him because I didn't know who he was either).

The guy that sits next to me at work--his son plays hockey and lacrosse with Peters' son. He has spoken to Peters on many occasions and says Peters is a real stand-up guy. He tries not to talk business outside the rink, so it's usually family and kid stuff.

Peters is from a town close to Calgary, so he'll be 'home' if he ends up there (which is a strong possibility).

It's Carolina.. May as well be in Turks and Caicos.. lol

Yet another reason why we need a company to start making priest cards again lol coach and ref cards. Come on UD, you are doing an amazing job with OPC and keeping it with a vintage retro feel.

Priest cards? I'd hate to see the stats from the Catholics...
