Anyone ever see Rough/poor condition Bobby Orr rookies FS? I would love to have one but I would only be able to afford a fairly rough one. What is a normal selling price for a low grade Orr rc?

Im in the same boat, have decided to save up for one in better condition. I have been tracking eBay prices, and they are getting rediculous. Here's some examples for you from the past few months Ive been watching....

PSA 1 $299

KSA 2 $290-$405

KSA 3 $480-$775
SGC 3 $493

KSA 4 $510-$610
PSA 4.5 $1200

KSA 5 $730-$995

If anyone has a graded VGEX rookie kicking around they would like to part with , pm me......

I am only looking for a low grade (PSA 1-2) as that is all I will be able to afford (if I can afford that haha).

Wow! I figured only pre-1954 low-grade cards would fetch those figures. Nice to know that people will pay for having something special, regardless of the condition.

Unfortunately Beckett grades laser cut sheet cards...Im pretty sure most of that lot didnt make it out of a pack....

well, he did specifically mention that the orr rc is pack pulled. I also think the edges are too rough for it to be 9.5 but eh...

to have a 9.5 or a sheet from that era is amazing. it's so amazing... i wonder if the card could be real.

I'll take a laser cut Orr RC anyday........... Seriously, are you going to tell me you would pass????? LOL

Next you're going to tell us about the 1000's of uncut sheets that are still out there.........

I wouldnt kick it out of bed by any means, just saying if you tried to cross it over to PSA they wouldnt grade the card. Wish I had known about this before picking this guy up, its the highest graded '71 Topps by BVG, pop 9. It just kinda makes me wonder now if this actually came out of a pack, not to mention the whack of early '70's BVG 9.5's that just went on eBay. Where are there cards coming from?

well i did a pop check and there are 4 orr BGS 9.5 rcs... amazing.

i know sometimes cards are cut slightly bigger in the past. any chance that any could be trimmed?
