I have no doubt about that either. But it's one thing to send a message and defend your teammate, who is more than capable of defending himself, but it's another to clip the guy. It's payback, right? Intimidation works, I get that.
But don't spout afterwards about giving a damn about player safety, when you don't. Just say that you don't care what anyone else thinks and that you're glad that Chara is okay, and anyone that takes a run at our players will get it back 10 fold. I'd respect that a lot more.
