BREAK of 2022/23 Upper Deck TWO

With my Beckett subscription EXPIRED and NO Becket hockey issues available locally, I came across the last 2 retail boxes at a reasonable price.
Since I've almost completely given on box / case breaks, what's a reasonable price these days?
What do you think of 100.00 CAD or about 70.00 USD!
Still lots to scan with about 25 UD Ultimate cards among a large stack of cards but that will wait for later.
END of summer matters most.
