BTP Dual Autos - Where Are They?

Has anyone seen any of the Dual Autos from Between the Pipes get pulled either in person (like at the Expo, at an LCS, etc.), or shown in a video or Show & Tell Thread anywhere? I've only seen one on eBay (Luongo/Brodeur) and it ended early. Other than that I haven't seen any and I'm looking for at least one of them (Ward/Irbe). It looks like there are only 5 of each, but I figured there would be a few more out there by now.

Just saw a Ward/Irbe on another site. They are really tough pulls

I pulled the Brodeur/Luongo last week, and sold it on Saturday locally. Got quite a bit for it too.
