The Bulls traded Eddy Curry to the Knicks and Antonio Davis for Tim Thomas, Mike Sweetney and Jermaine Jackson. Eddy Curry refused to take a DNA test for his heart. I'm kinda ok with the trade.

My the hell woul dthey trade a big guy for more guards?? Curry is one of the better young big men in the league, really bad trade as a Bulls fan.

I'd rather have a guy with a huge upside like Sweetney and an expiring big contract in Tim Thomas (who can really help the Bulls btw) than Curry who might not even make it till the end of the season. Chanlder & Sweetney down low looks very promising. Maybe not this year, but certainly in the future along with other extremely talented young guys like Gordon, Deng & Hinrich.

One thing I've always wondered it why Curry, at 6'11" and 285 pounds, averages only 5.4 boards @ 28 mins per game. A guy his size should at least average 8-9 boards when given that much playing time.
