Buying all 08-09 SPGU By The Letter Jere Lehtinen cards

Hi,

Title says all. With two other cards pending and another Lehtinen card apparantly not existing (according to the checklist on the Upper Deck website), that leaves me "just" the other Lehtinen cards in 2008-09 SP Game Used: the By The Letters. I have not seen one yet, but really could use everyone's help with these !!
